Just updated a bathroom and of course had to install new outlets.

Thanks to the video link from jahenderson22 i was able to figure out the trick. Next move the new circuit breaker handle to on and it will power up your electrical outlet that you have just installed. The better model uses a twisting motion to get the plug in meaning the slots are slightly rotated out. All the electrical outlets at my workplace have been replaced with tamper resistant outlets.
